Ohio Mock Trial ofÂfers an inÂnoÂvÂaÂtive apÂproach to learnÂing the law and how our legal sysÂtem funcÂtions. Guided by teachÂers and volÂunÂteer legal adÂviÂsors, stuÂdents parÂticÂiÂpate in an origÂiÂnal, unÂscripted simÂuÂlated trial writÂten by atÂtorÂneys. High school stuÂdents argue both sides of the case in real courtÂrooms across the state.
The Valley High School Mock Trial team will begin its season starting in October. The case this year is titled “Denver Saidi v. Wyatt Latu”
Advisor Dan Kauffman is in his 8th year and is excited about the upcoming season. Coach Kauffman would like to thank Valley Schools for always being supportive of the team.
