As part of the financial literacy unit, the Sophomore class participated in a DESCO Reality Fair. The Reality Fair is an interactive event where students simulate spending decisions they will face as adults. Desco Credit Union hosts the event along with help from community members. They interact with the students about personal finance, savings, and credit. The students learn hands-on while having fun. Participants were provided lunch and a leather portfolio.
